Arbitration board
The Association of Independent Asset Managers Germany (VuV) has set up an arbitration board in accordance with EU Directive No. 2013/11 of May 21, 2013, on alternative dispute resolution. Disputes between consumers and members of the VuV in connection with financial services transactions can be settled in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before the VuV arbitration board. INNO INVEST is a member of the VuV and, under the VuV’s articles of association, is obliged to participate in arbitration proceedings before this arbitration board.
