My license has been deactivated
If AgenaTrader is only showing a Free Version and the normal functions are no longer useable, then you were using a branded (single) broker license, which requires broker-specific conditions. These conditions are individually defined by each broker; if they are not fulfilled, the AgenaTrader license is disabled.
In this case, contact your broker and find out about the status of your account and the license. As soon as the broker approves the unlocking of the license key, it is automatically unlocked by us.
AgenaTrader broker license (single)
After opening a live account with your desired broker, we check whether the broker has enabled a live license for you. As soon as we have received confirmation from the broker, we send you a further email with the activation key and instructions for further steps.
The processing can take 2-5 working days. If you do not receive an email within this time, we ask you to please get in touch with us again via email (sales@agenatrader.com). However, please always check your spam folder first.
Does a sponsored (branded) license contain all functions?
If you have received a "branded" - also called a "sponsored" - version of AgenaTrader (e.g. CapTrader, XTB, Dukascopy and co.), all functions of the respective AgenaTrader version are available for you. You can upgrade to higher versions of AgenaTrader at any time. You are only bound to the respective broker. Consequently, multibrokerage is excluded.
