Brief overview of XTB (X-Trade Brokers)
XTB is a financial group awarded the title of "Best European Broker Company" in 2012 as part of the Global Banking & Finance Review Awards. It provides access to over 200 trading instruments such as: CFD prices on shares, share indexes, currency quotes, options and many more. In addition, XTB offers various educational materials and webinars.

ORO order connections are locally simulated
IFDone order connections are locally simulated
Order execution
AgenaTrader does not execute any orders! Instead, brokers simply inform us of filled orders and execution price.
If data received from your data feed provider does not match the quotes on the brokerage platform for an instrument,
then the entry and exit price will not be displayed properly on your chart.

Connecting
Essential information
AgenaTrader is the first application in the world with access to XTB's new Xhub server.
After clearing up minor technical details on both sides we will activate XTB.
Please wait for our official announcement of this partnership.
XOpenHub:
The default setting of XTB trading accounts is "hedged".
All order connections are locally simulated.
If you use AgenaTrader this mode needs to be changed to "non-hedged".
Additionally, to this please ensure that you are using an XTB Professional or an XTB Standard+ Account.
Otherwise you will experience problems in trading.
Non shortable instruments cannot be traded as this instruments could only be bought but not sold again.
Order connections:
OCO, ORO and IfDone order connections are locally simulated.
FOREX
The minimum order size and the smallest possible step is 10 000.
Volumes
XTB does not support ticks history and it does not return historical volume data via API.

Maximum number of bars
The maximum number of bars per instrument that can be displayed on a chart is 50 000.
Default order expiration date
For XTB all orders by default have set expiry 355 days in future.

The broker's platform should always be active as a backup to AgenaTrader.
This gives you an essential overview of the interaction between AgenaTrader and your broker.
Furthermore, you will always know exactly how your orders/positions and ultimately your account balance are displayed.
